Refund policy
Returns: Our policy lasts for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Refund Eligibility: Unopened and unused products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund minus shipping charges. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund of the total value except shipping charges and a 15% utilization fee for opened and used products. Please email us at support@wellnest.store within the specified refund period if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any issues immediately.
The full refund including shipping charges can be provided in case of delivery of defective or damaged goods. If the product has been damaged during delivery and not by the buyer, and the buyer has purchased MonkProtect coverage, they have the option to file a claim with MonkProtect. If the claim is approved, the buyer will receive a replacement product. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.
Items not purchased at https://wellnest.store/ are not returnable.
Return Shipping: We recommend that you return the product via a registered post and that you prepay all postage. You assume any risk of loss, theft, or damaged goods during transit and therefore advise that you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. GLOBAL WELLNEST DISTRIBUTION INC will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
To return the order, please follow these steps:
I. Reach out to our customer service department with a return request support@naturalshilajit.com or call us at +1 888-576-4356.
II. Once your return request is approved by our customer service specialist you will be provided with an RMA number and all the necessary return instructions.
Please note that the return shipping label is not included in your order.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received a refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@wellnest.store.
Tracking: If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Cancellation: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, you may return the product(s) for a refund once you receive them.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
