Our store offers various purchasing options, including subscriptions and pre-orders. Here's how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases:
Subscriptions
When you subscribe to a product, you'll receive regular deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment details will be securely stored, and you'll be charged for each delivery unless you opt to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term, but you can cancel them anytime.

Pre-orders
Purchasing a pre-order means acquiring a product that is currently out of stock or soon to be available. At checkout, we may collect no payment or a partial deposit, store your payment method, and later fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. However, if the order has already been fulfilled, cancellation isn't possible. In such cases, you can request a full or partial refund according to our returns policy.
